Kevin got his first DSLR camera nearly a decade ago and a passion was quickly ignited. He attributes much of his growth in photography to the more than fifteen Aperture Academy workshops he's attended as a student before being asked to join the instructor cadre.

With a photography business focused on landscape/cityscape photography, he also enjoys shooting families, sports and corporate photography.

With his photographs published on high profile websites such as SFGate.com, Berkeleyside.com and Claycord.com, as well as magazines, advertisements, annual reports, and one book, kevin is looking forward to adding Aperture Academy instructor to his list of accomplishments!

Kevin is constantly on the look-out for interesting photographic opportunities and is rarely without his camera. He loves looking for new locations and interesting perspectives to photograph, and enjoys the ongoing learning process of photography through helping others capture "the shot".

Kevin resides in the East Bay with his wife and children.
